Service

Poultry Log is a subscription software service for recording, organizing, and reviewing farm operations information. Your use of the service is subject to these Terms of Service and any applicable order, billing, or plan details.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for activity that occurs under your account, and for making sure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use Poultry Log in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are charged according to the subscription terms presented at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes, and unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of access.

Ownership and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content and records you submit to Poultry Log. We retain ownership of the service, software, branding, and all related intellectual property, along with any lawful rights needed to operate and improve the platform.

Disclaimers

Poultry Log is provided on an as available basis. Except as required by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poultry Log and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Using PoultryLog through ChatGPT

The PoultryLog ChatGPT connection is part of the PoultryLog service and is subject to these terms. A paid PoultryLog subscription is required. Subscription payments take place on poultrylog.com and are processed through Stripe.

Access depends on the connected account's current workspace permissions. Supported changes are presented for review and confirmation before execution. Review the selected farm, house, record, quantities, units and timestamp before approving a change. ChatGPT's explanation should be checked against the records returned by PoultryLog, especially where information is missing or incomplete.
